Press Release Body: FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Redondo Beach, California - August 11, 2008 - Companies looking to improve EMI test results and minimize redesign and retest of electronic equipment will benefit from the EMI AnalystT software program. EMI AnalystT uses a patented analysis method to model electronic circuits, giving engineers an accurate prediction of how each circuit will perform during EMI testing and in the real world. EMI AnalystT combines circuit theory, transmission line theory, method of moments algorithms, and complex matrix techniques into an easy-to-learn, easy-to-use program.
Developed by EMI Software, EMI AnalystT translates circuit design information into electromagnetic interference predictions. The program models the complete circuit using information readily available to the design engineer, allowing the user to quickly model and evaluate their circuit and to easily test-run competing design alternatives to minimize electromagnetic emissions and maximize immunity to interference.
EMI AnalystT models active circuits, EMI filtering, cabling conductors and shields, and interconnected equipment. Typical applications include switching power supplies, serial data buses, and power inverters. It is designed to be easy to learn and use, yet provides powerful modeling and analysis capabilities previously unavailable to most engineers.
